Playing tricks on forest spirits is dangerous, especially when they take the form of unseen beauties. The cunning Driada easily seduces an unlucky warrior and leads him into the dark woods where predators and hungry monsters lurk in the shadows. The soul and body of the wild maiden are bound by invisible ties to the tree she was born from. If the tree dies, the beautiful Driada will soon wither — that is why this headstrong trickster selflessly defends her native forest from outsiders. |
